As our products are frozen, please inform us of any mistakes with your order immediately so we can rectify the problem without wastage.
If you are unhappy with the quality of any of our products when defrosted, or cooked, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Please book a collection or delivery slot with your order. All of our products are frozen and will be when they get to you. Please make sure you are at home to receive your delivery. If you are collecting, please bring a freezer/cold bag or box with you, so we can minimise our use of packaging.
