It is important that we give you all the safety and storage information for our products, please get in touch if you would like further information than what is provided below. 

Allergens

All of our products are made locally from as few natural ingredients as possible, with no additives or flavourings. We have listed any product which contains or may have traces of allergens under the relevent allergen below. Allergens which are not found in any of our products are not listed.

Storage

Guidance for storing your product for best longevity and shelf life.

Meat 

FRESH (chilled) meat should be kept in the fridge and used within 5 days of the PACKED ON date printed on the label or the printed USE BY date, whichever comes first. 

 

If stored correctly (frozen at -18 degrees C or below) meat can remain in perfect condition for longer than these periods, and if stored incorrectly can become unsafe sooner. Inspect your frozen meat before and after defrosting. If it doesn't look or smell in perfect condition, DO NOT EAT.   

 

Defrost in the fridge and once defrosted eat within 48 hours, do not refreeze. 

 

                               

Apple Juice 

Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. 

Once opened, keep refridgerated and consume within 2 days

Honey

Our honey is a completely natural product, it has no preservatives, so will naturally set over time. Fluctuations in storage temperature and direct sunlight can cause chrystalisation, so try to keep your honey at a steady room temperature at all times to keep the honey in its original state for longer.
